Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging. This means that flowers must be unused and undamaged. You must initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving your order. If the return request is made after this period, we may not be able to process your return.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, you must send an email to [email protected]. In your email, include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if applicable. We will respond to your request within 3 business days. If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value. If you choose not to use a trackable shipping method, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures that you receive the correct product in a timely manner. Please follow the return process outlined above to initiate your return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please send an email to [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos to assist with the resolution. If the item is confirmed to be damaged or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Final Sale Items
Some items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. These items will be clearly indicated on the product page.
